Refund policy: the 60-day guarantee

Every order placed through this official store carries a 60-day money-back guarantee. Here is exactly how it works, with no fine-print surprises.

What is covered

Original shipping fees, where charged, and the cost of mailing the return are not refunded. The guarantee applies to purchases made through this store and its authorized checkout only; marketplace purchases from third parties are not covered because we cannot verify them.

How to request a refund

  1. Email returns@neurosaltsupplement.com within 60 days of your purchase date. Include your order number (it is in your confirmation email) and the name the order was placed under.
  2. The team replies within one business day with a return authorization number and instructions.
  3. Send the bottles, used or not, to our returns center: Halestone Wellness Returns, 1145 Gateway Park Drive, Bay 7, Round Rock, TX 78665. Write the authorization number on the package.
  4. Once the parcel arrives, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will get a confirmation email the day it is processed.

Common questions

Does the 60-day clock start at purchase or delivery?

At purchase. Since US delivery takes 3 to 7 business days, that still leaves roughly seven weeks of actual use, enough for a fair trial of a botanical formula.

Do I need the original packaging?

No. Any safe mailing box is fine, as long as the bottles and the authorization number are inside.

Can I get a refund without returning anything?

We ask for the bottles back in almost all cases, it keeps the guarantee sustainable. If returning them is a genuine hardship, explain the situation in your email and the team will work something out.

What about a lost or damaged delivery?

That is handled separately and faster. Email care@neurosaltsupplement.com with a photo if damaged, and we reship or refund at your choice, no return needed.
